These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the New Vision Exuma Car Rental website and our car rental services. By using our website and services, you agree to these terms.<\/p>

1. Reservations and Payment<\/strong><\/p>

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.<\/p>

A valid driver\u2019s license and credit card are required to complete the booking.<\/p>

Payments must be made in full before the rental period begins.<\/p>

2. Cancellations and Refunds<\/strong><\/p>

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the rental period begins are eligible for a full refund.<\/p>

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.<\/p>

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early returns.<\/p>

3. Rental Period<\/strong><\/p>

The rental period begins when the vehicle is picked up and ends when it is returned.<\/p>

Late returns may incur additional charges.<\/p>

4. Vehicle Use and Restrictions<\/strong><\/p>

The renter must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid driver\u2019s license.<\/p>

The vehicle must only be used for lawful purposes and operated in accordance with local traffic laws.<\/p>

The renter is responsible for any damage or fines incurred during the rental period.<\/p>

5. Insurance<\/strong><\/p>

All vehicles come with basic insurance coverage. Additional coverage can be purchased at the time of booking.<\/p>

The renter is responsible for any damage or loss not covered by insurance.<\/p>

6. Fuel Policy<\/strong><\/p>

The vehicle will be provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same level.<\/p>

If the vehicle is not returned with a full tank, refueling charges will apply.<\/p>

7. Liability<\/strong><\/p>

New Vision Exuma Car Rental is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our vehicles or services, including but not limited to delays, accidents, or mechanical failures.<\/p>

8. Driver Requirements<\/strong><\/p>

All drivers must be listed on the rental agreement and meet the required age and licensing criteria.<\/p>

Unauthorized drivers are prohibited from operating the rental vehicle.<\/p>

9. Breakdowns and Assistance<\/strong><\/p>

. We will provide assistance and arrange for repairs or replacement if necessary.<\/p>

10. Governing Law<\/strong><\/p>

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Bahamas. Any disputes arising from your use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Bahamas.<\/p>

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the date at the top will be updated accordingly.<\/p>
