Det er noe vi er anbefalt \u00e5 gj\u00f8re regelmessig for \u00e5 unng\u00e5 en rekke sykdommer, samt opprettholde funksjonsniv\u00e5. Ut over dette har trening en rekke positive effekter for den mentale helsen, som i dag er en \u00f8kende \u00e5rsak til sykemelding blant nordmenn (2). Likevel er det utrolig mange som ikke f\u00e5r trent etter de nasjonale anbefalingene. Faktisk kommer vi nordmenn bare p\u00e5 10. plass i en selvrapportert unders\u00f8kelse fra 2015, hvor fysisk aktivitet i 15 europeiske land sammenlignes (1). Mange tenker p\u00e5 nordmenn som en sporty nasjon, men ut fra denne unders\u00f8kelsen har vi dessverre mye \u00e5 g\u00e5 p\u00e5.<\/p><p>Voksne og eldre anbefales \u00e5 v\u00e6re fysisk aktive i minimum 150 minutter med moderat intensitet, eller 75 minutter med h\u00f8y intensitet, per uke, eller en kombinasjon av begge (3). I et d\u00f8gn har vi 1.440 minutter og ei uke best\u00e5r av 10.080 minutter. Trekker vi fra 8 timer til s\u00f8vn, 7 dager per uke, og 8 timer til arbeid, 5 dager per uke (totalt 5.760 min), har vi\u00a0<strong>4.320 minutter<\/strong>\u00a0til overs. Det vil si at vi i l\u00f8pet av denne tiden anbefales \u00e5 prioritere minimum\u00a0<strong>75-150 minutters trening<\/strong>\u00a0for \u00e5 f\u00f8lge anbefalingene! N\u00e5r man ser det slik h\u00f8res det jo helt utrolig ut \u2013 men tro meg, ogs\u00e5 jeg, som er utdannet personlig trener, fysioterapeut og kostveileder kan tidvis ha vanskeligheter med \u00e5 f\u00f8lge de nasjonale anbefalingene. Ogs\u00e5 jeg blir litt forbauset og irritert over meg selv n\u00e5r jeg ser disse tallene. Jeg \u00f8nsker og vil jo gjerne \u2013 men noen ganger f\u00e5r jeg det bare ikke til p\u00e5 egenh\u00e5nd.<\/p><p><strong>Sliter du med motivasjon?<\/strong><br \/>I mitt arbeid m\u00f8ter jeg mange mennesker som sliter med akkurat dette. Folk flest mangler motivasjon n\u00e5r det kommer til fysisk aktivitet. I disse tilfellene har jeg mange suksesshistorier med personer som har startet p\u00e5 gruppetimene vi avholder p\u00e5\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/projects.techhivetechnologies.com\/lfiold\/\">LFI Helse&amp;Trening<\/a>\u00a0og det er veldig moro \u00e5 erfare. For noen har det v\u00e6rt en m\u00e5te \u00e5 komme i gang med trening p\u00e5, mens for andre har det v\u00e6rt en effektiv m\u00e5te \u00e5 holde motivasjonen oppe slik at treningen vedlikeholdes over tid. Mange opplever samtidig at de presser seg mer n\u00e5r de trener i en gruppe sammenlignet med egentrening.<\/p><p><strong>Hvorfor gruppetrening?<\/strong><br \/>Fordelene med gruppetrening er mange! En viktig del er det sosiale aspektet. Det er hyggelig \u00e5 bli kjent med nye mennesker gjennom trening, hvor det blir utvekslet historier, erfaringer og heiarop. Deltagerne f\u00f8ler at de er en del av noe, de kan bli motivert og inspirert av hverandre og flere gir litt ekstra n\u00e5r de ser at alle rundt seg arbeider etter beste evne. Det er ogs\u00e5 litt verre \u00e5 droppe treningen n\u00e5r en vet at det st\u00e5r en gjeng og venter.<\/p><p>En annen fordel med gruppetreningen er at du har en fagperson som planlegger og instruerer treningene hver uke slik at den blir variert. Intensiteten styres og den blir tilpasset etter gruppens \u00f8nsker og behov. Ut over dette l\u00e6rer deltagerne mye nytt b\u00e5de n\u00e5r det gjelder teknikk i \u00f8velser, samt instruksjon i mange nye og ukjente \u00f8velser. Dette er fordi vi \u00f8nsker \u00e5 ha en tett oppf\u00f8lgning med v\u00e5re deltagere slik at vi sikrer at alle blir sett, \u00f8velsene blir tilpasset og intensiteten og niv\u00e5et styres etter hva den enkelte deltager anbefales. Dette er en stor fordel, forteller mange, n\u00e5r de sammenligner med st\u00f8rre grupper p\u00e5 andre komersielle treningssentre. I gruppetreningene \u00f8nsker vi alts\u00e5 \u00e5 holde et h\u00f8yt faglig niv\u00e5, tilby god kvalitet og v\u00e6re et m\u00f8tested som er tilpasset den enkelte slik at alle skal f\u00f8le seg velkomne.<\/p><p><strong>Jeg tilbyr f\u00f8lgende grupper pr.d.d:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Styrke\/kondisjon (tirsdager 18-19, torsdager 10-11 og 1630-1730)<\/li><li>Barseltrening (tirsdag og torsdag 11-12)<\/li><li>Slyngetrening (tirsdager 17-18)<\/li><li>Aktiv A kurs (starter opp i 2020 hvis interessen er stor nok)<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5ef3848 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5ef3848\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Tidligere har jeg avholdt kurs som crosstraining, crosstraining for seniors, sports &amp; performance (forebyggende og prestasjonsfremmende trening for personer i ballsport), basistrening for ski\/sykkel\/l\u00f8p mm. Hos oss er det selvf\u00f8lgelig ogs\u00e5 mulig \u00e5 komme med \u00f8nsker og forslag til oppstart av nye grupper.<\/p><p><strong>Personlig trening<\/strong><br \/>Dersom gruppetrening ikke er noe for deg, tilbyr vi p\u00e5\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/projects.techhivetechnologies.com\/lfiold\/\">LFI Helse&amp;Trening\u00a0<\/a>personlig trening.
