Vi skal ikke g\u00e5 s\u00e5 langt tilbake i tid f\u00f8r vi for eksempel var avhengig av v\u00e5r egen kropp for \u00e5 skaffe oss mat i form av jakt, fangst og sanking.<\/p><p>De teknologiske fremskrittene som s\u00e6rlig Vesten har nytt godt av har f\u00f8rt til at effektive maskiner har erstattet menneskelige hender i tunge mekaniske arbeidsoppgaver. I takt med dette s\u00e5 har de menneskelige arbeidsoppgavene ogs\u00e5 endret seg til \u00e5 bli mer stillesittende og monotone. Dette har p\u00e5 mange m\u00e5ter f\u00f8rt til en enorm utvikling av samfunnet, men det har ogs\u00e5 for veldig mange f\u00f8rt til en endret bruk og belastning p\u00e5 kroppen. I 2013 oppga Norsk Fysioterapiforbund at muskel og skjelettplager kostet samfunnet over 70 milliarder kroner hvert \u00e5r. S\u00e5 sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5let er om vi har v\u00e6rt like smarte n\u00e5r det gjelder \u00e5 tilpasse oss de nye belastningene, som \u00e5 f\u00f8re den teknologiske utviklingen videre.<\/p><p><strong>Konsekvenser for muskel- og skjelett- apparatet<\/strong><\/p><p>Jeg \u00f8nsker \u00e5 presisere viktigheten av at man finner \u00e5rsaken til plagene og bruker dette som en terapeutisk portal for \u00e5 hjelpe pasienten. Stillesitting og monotone motoriske arbeidsoppgaver kjennetegner oftere og oftere arbeidshverdagen for de fleste av oss. Dette har sine konsekvenser p\u00e5 muskel- og skjelett- apparatet. Sittende foran en skjerm, s\u00e5 skjer de fleste arbeidsoppgavene v\u00e5res foran oss.<\/p><p>Etter timer med stillesittende arbeid foran en pc s\u00e5 endres holdningen v\u00e5r. \u201cBalansen\u201d mellom muskulatur p\u00e5 forside og bakside av ryggs\u00f8ylen kan endres, vi blir definitivt svakere (som f\u00f8lge av inaktivitet), noen muskler t\u00f8yes og andre kan bli stramme og vonde. Bilde 1 under viser en \u201crund\u201d rygg, med et knekkpunkt i nakke, skuldrer som er skj\u00f8vet fremover. I denne endrede posisjonen s\u00e5 m\u00e5 nakkemusklene jobbe statisk for \u00e5 holde hodet i posisjon. Dette blir et d\u00e5rligere utgangspunkt for bevegelse i skuldrene.\u00a0<\/p><p>Dette er en typisk \u00abprotrahert\u00bb holdning og kan gi ubalanse i styrke og muskellengde som kan v\u00e6re med p\u00e5 og f\u00f8re til b\u00e5de rygg, nakke og skulderplager (for eksempel \u201cinnklemming\u201d eller \u201cimpingement\u201d). Etter hvert ogs\u00e5 hodepine. Mindre aktivitet i nakkemusklene, bedre utgangspunkt for \u00e5 kunne bevege i skuldrene.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Hva kan vi gj\u00f8re?<\/strong><\/p><p>Stress og tidsklemme kan ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re med p\u00e5 \u00e5 forverre en spenningstilstand i nakke\/skulder omr\u00e5det. Vi tar bilen for \u00e5 rekke neste gj\u00f8rem\u00e5l. Den generelle fysiske aktiviteten g\u00e5r for mange ned. N\u00e5r vi f\u00f8rst sitter her bruker vi lunsjen til \u00e5 bestille mat som vi f\u00e5r levert p\u00e5 d\u00f8ra n\u00e5r vi kommer hjem. Det man ser i dag er at ogs\u00e5 barna sine aktiviteter endrer seg. L\u00f8kker og friomr\u00e5der som tidligere var fulle av aktivitet st\u00e5r n\u00e5 tomme i store deler av d\u00f8gnet. Barna er opptatt av en stillesittende skjermaktivitet. Allerede her er de i gang med \u00e5 utvikle den ovennevnte muskul\u00e6re ubalansen.<\/p><p>Som jeg nevnte i min forrige blogg vil jeg gi noen tips som jeg tror er viktig med bakgrunn fra min kliniske hverdag. Og noen \u00f8velser som kan v\u00e6re aktuelle for denne problemstillingen. Ang\u00e5ende sittestilling pr\u00f8v \u00e5 v\u00e6re<em><strong>\u00a0bevisst<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0p\u00e5 holdningen helt fra bekkenet og oppover. Hvis det er vanskelig \u00e5 korrigere dette selv s\u00e5 s\u00f8k hjelp og veiledning.<\/p><p><em><strong>Variasjon<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0er viktig. Gjerne st\u00e5 deler av dagen. Bruk justeringsmuligheter p\u00e5 stol og pult. Bytt stilling f\u00f8r du m\u00e5 pga. smerter. S\u00f8rg for st\u00f8tte for underarmene. Kan deler av arbeidsoppgavene gj\u00f8res st\u00e5ende eller g\u00e5ende, gj\u00f8r det. For eksempel, en telefonsamtale du ikke trenger PC-en til.<\/p><p>N\u00e5r det gjelder \u00f8velser og trening er det i tillegg til generell utholdenhet viktig \u00e5 f\u00e5 kontroll over og styrke musklene p\u00e5 baksiden av skuldrene, mellom skulderbladene (interscapul\u00e6r muskulatur) og styrke\/stabilitet mage\/rygg for \u00e5 ha kontroll p\u00e5 bekkenet. Det kan ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re aktuelt \u00e5 t\u00f8ye eller avspenne forkortet brystmuskulatur.<\/p><p>Som egentrening tror jeg det er lurt med f\u00e5 \u00f8velser, som tar kort tid, med \u00f8kt sjanse for \u00e5 gjennomf\u00f8re regelmessig over tid.<\/p><p>P\u00e5\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/projects.techhivetechnologies.com\/lfiold\/\">LFI Helse &amp; Trening<\/a>\u00a0har vi meget gode treningsfasiliteter og\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/projects.techhivetechnologies.com\/lfiold\/behandlere\/\">fysioterapeuter<\/a>\u00a0som kan hjelpe deg med et tilpasset opplegg for deg og dine behov.
