Man er ivrig og flink i en periode, s\u00e5 kan en god del oppleve at det \u00absklir ut\u00bb. Unnskyldningene hagler, og treningen blir et ork. Hvordan skal man klare \u00e5 snu dette og opprettholde egen motivasjon til \u00e5 fortsette treningen?<\/p><p>Motivasjon er en samlebetegnelse for de faktorer som setter i gang og styrer atferden til mennesker\u00a0<sup>1<\/sup>. Det bestemmer hvilke valg man tar og hvor stor innsats man legger ned. En slik atferd styres gjerne av et samspill mellom flere ulike motiver. Det er alts\u00e5 mye som spiller inn p\u00e5 om du velger \u00e5 ta turen for \u00e5 trene eller ikke.<\/p><p>Som fysioterapeut ved\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/projects.techhivetechnologies.com\/lfiold\/\">LFI Helse &amp; Trening<\/a>\u00a0opplever jeg stadig at pasienter kommer inn p\u00e5 kontoret med unnskyldninger for at det har blitt lite trening. \u201dDet har v\u00e6rt s\u00e5 mye annet i det siste\u201d, \u201dfremgangen har stoppet opp\u201d, \u201dhunden til datteren min d\u00f8de forrige uke\u201d etc. Her gjelder det \u00e5 v\u00e6re sterkere enn sine unnskyldninger, folkens! Det viktige er \u00e5 tenke gjennom hva du tror kan p\u00e5virke\u00a0<strong>DIN treningsmotivasjon<\/strong>\u00a0i positiv retning. Det kan v\u00e6re fornuftig \u00e5 ha mindre delm\u00e5l underveis, slik at man opplever sm\u00e5 fremskritt p\u00e5 veien mot hovedm\u00e5let. M\u00e5let b\u00f8r v\u00e6re mest mulig spesifikt, m\u00e5lbart og oppn\u00e5elig. Det m\u00e5 ogs\u00e5 ha egenverdi for den det gjelder, slik at det er motiverende \u00e5 jobbe for det.<\/p><ol start=\"2\"><li><strong>Varier treningen<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Variasjon i treningen skaper motivasjon. Det er mange m\u00e5ter \u00e5 gj\u00f8re dette p\u00e5. Eksempler kan v\u00e6re ulike aktiviteter og ulik intensitet p\u00e5 trenings\u00f8ktene. Man kan b\u00e5de trene ute i naturen og ha \u00f8kter innend\u00f8rs. Videre kan man variere typer \u00f8velser og bruk av utstyr; apparater, frivekter, egen kroppsvekt, slynger etc. Dette hindrer ogs\u00e5 ensformig belastning og gir deg nye utfordringer.<\/p><ol start=\"3\"><li><strong>Tren sammen med en venn<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Lag en treningsavtale med en venn. Det sosiale aspektet er motivasjon i seg selv, og i tillegg er det vanskeligere \u00e5 sluntre unna hvis man har en avtale. Har man ogs\u00e5 faste treningsdager, er det lettere \u00e5 legge annet program utenom dette. Ved \u00e5 trene sammen, kan man ogs\u00e5 motivere hverandre hvis den ene har en tung dag.<\/p><ol start=\"4\"><li><strong>F\u00f8lg et individuelt tilpasset treningsprogram<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Det er sentralt at man opplever mestring i treningen. Her gjelder det det \u00e5 ha \u00f8velser tilpasset eget funksjonsniv\u00e5. Optimal belastning og tilpasning av \u00f8velsene for best mulig fremgang, er noe som oppleves vanskelig for mange. P\u00e5 LFI Helse &amp; Trening har vi sv\u00e6rt god kompetanse p\u00e5 dette omr\u00e5det. Det \u00e5 oppleve fremgang gir ofte \u00f8kt motivasjon til videre trening.<\/p><ol start=\"5\"><li><strong>Finn en treningsform du trives med<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Trivsel er viktig! Hvilken treningsform passer for deg? Her gjelder det \u00e5 pr\u00f8ve seg frem. Liker du best \u00e5 trene sammen med andre i en gruppe eller trives du bedre alene i styrkeapparatene? Ved \u00e5 gj\u00f8re treningen mest mulig lystbetont, kan det fort bli noe man velger \u00e5 bruke tiden sin p\u00e5. I tillegg er det avgj\u00f8rende at man ikke gj\u00f8r det mer komplisert enn det trenger \u00e5 v\u00e6re.
