Topp motiverte idrettsut\u00f8vere p\u00e5 ulikt niv\u00e5, hvor man kan ha omfattende rehabiliterings og trenings opplegg, og hvor man kan opplever og m\u00e5tte v\u00e6re \u00abbremseklossen\u00bb i behandlings og rehabiliterings opplegg.\u00a0 Vi m\u00f8ter ogs\u00e5 de der\u00a0<strong><em>\u00abtidsklemme\u00bb<\/em><\/strong>, stressende hverdag, lite motivasjon og kanskje lite bevegelses-erfaring er realiteten.<\/p><p>Tiln\u00e6rmingen blir forskjellig, og sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5let som kan melde seg er:\u00a0<strong><em>\u00abHvor lite trening er nok?\u00bb<\/em><\/strong>, for at denne pasienten skal bli varig bedre av sine plager. Og da tenker jeg i f\u00f8rste rekke p\u00e5 \u00f8velses- og trenings delen av behandlingen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-78b7dd2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"78b7dd2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Det er nok ikke et klart enkelt svar p\u00e5 dette, men jeg har noen tanker rundt temaet.<\/p><p>Det har blitt gjort mye forskning p\u00e5 fysisk aktivitet og helse den siste tiden og det er vel enighet om at en viss mengde fysisk aktivitet er bra for helsa. Les mer p\u00e5\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/helsedirektoratet.no\/folkehelse\/fysisk-aktivitet\/anbefalinger-fysisk-aktivitet\">helsedirektoratets sider<\/a>.<\/p><p>Norsk fysioterapeutforbund (NFF) sitt slagord de siste \u00e5rene har jo ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6rt\u00a0<strong><em>\u00abmin medisin er fysisk aktivitet\u00bb.<\/em><\/strong><\/p><p>Det som er viktig, slik jeg ser det, for \u00e5 f\u00e5 en varig bedring av plagene, er \u00e5 pr\u00f8ve \u00e5 finne \u00e5rsaken(e) til plagene. For deretter \u00e5 pr\u00f8ve og gj\u00f8re noe med den(de). Uansett \u00abkategori\u00bb pasient.<\/p><p>Om det er den stive ryggen, den verkende nakken og skuldrene eller den tilbakevendende \u00abstrekken\u00bb p\u00e5 baksiden av l\u00e5ret. I enkelte tilfeller er \u00e5rsaken \u00e5penbar og lett \u00e5 gj\u00f8re noe med. I andre tilfeller kan den v\u00e6re mer sammensatt og pasienten m\u00e5 i st\u00f8rre grad aktivt involveres i \u00e5 finne \u00e5rsakssammenhengen.<\/p><p>Alt fra arbeidssituasjon, ensidig belastning i jobb, trening og stress kan v\u00e6re medvirkende faktorer. Her kan bevisstgj\u00f8ring og veiledning v\u00e6re aktuelt. Gjerne ogs\u00e5 fysisk aktivitet der stress er medvirkende \u00e5rsak.<\/p><p>Manglende eller d\u00e5rlig kontakt og kontroll over muskler og muskelgruppe, eller ubalanse i styrke og bevegelighet over et eller flere ledd er ogs\u00e5\u00a0<strong>ofte<\/strong>\u00a0en medvirkende \u00e5rsak. Her kommer man ikke utenom, slik jeg ser det, en viss mengde egeninnsats i form av \u00f8velser og trening. Etter evt. litt \u00abguiding\u00bb i starten for \u00e5 f\u00e5 kontakt og kontroll over aktuelle muskler og muskelgrupper vil egeninnsatsen i treningen v\u00e6re viktig.<\/p><p>I den kliniske hverdagen kan man stadig oppleve at en pasient blir bedre en periode for s\u00e5 \u00e5 komme tilbake med lignende plager. Man har behandlet symptomene men kanskje ikke gjort nok med den bakenforliggende \u00e5rsaken(e). Pasienten f\u00f8lte seg bra og sluttet med \u00f8velsene og opplegget vi ble enige om. For han\/hun var jo bra.<\/p><p>Og sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5let melder seg:<\/p><p><strong><em>\u00abHvor lite er nok?\u00bb<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0med \u00f8velser og trening for \u00e5 forebygge at pasientens plager kommer tilbake?<\/p><p>Jeg tror det er lurt \u00e5 begynne med\u00a0<strong><em>f\u00e5<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0<strong><em>\u00f8velser<\/em><\/strong>\u00a03-5 stk. (i stedet for 10-12), som tar\u00a0<strong><em>kort tid<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0uten bruk av mange hjelpemidler, med \u00f8kt sjanse for \u00e5 klare \u00e5 gjennomf\u00f8re\u00a0<strong><em>regelmessig<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0trening over tid. Om ikke hver dag, s\u00e5 en 3-4x i uka.\u00a0 Treningen blir da en del av hverdagen.<\/p><p>G\u00e5 gjennom \u00f8velsene med fysioterapeuten din slik at du f\u00e5r \u00f8velser som treffer godt for ditt behov. Legg vekt p\u00e5 utf\u00f8relse og kontroll i starten.<\/p><p>Min erfaring er at litt<strong><em>\u00a0regelmessig trening<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0gir bedre resultat enn mye i korte perioder.<\/p><p>Bruk de gode periodene til \u00e5 forebygge at plagene kommer tilbake.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>P\u00e5\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/projects.techhivetechnologies.com\/lfiold\/\">LFI Helse og Trening<\/a>\u00a0har vi ogs\u00e5 introdusert konseptet\u00a0<strong><em>\u00abfra pasient til medlem\u00bb<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0hvor man i trygge omgivelser med fysioterapeuter i n\u00e6rheten kan trene og gj\u00f8re \u00f8velser som en oppf\u00f8lging etter behandling. For \u00e5 holde plagene i sjakk. Kanskje ogs\u00e5 p\u00e5 sikt komme i litt bedre form for bedre \u00e5 t\u00e5le hverdagslivets utfordringer og f\u00e5 mer overskudd.<\/p><p>Neste gang skal jeg se litt n\u00e6rmere p\u00e5 enkeltledd og si litt mer spesifikt om de i tur og orden.
