I denne bloggen s\u00e5 pr\u00f8ver jeg \u00e5 forklare litt av mystikken bak det hele.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1bd87ad8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1bd87ad8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><strong>Stressreaksjoner<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><em>Stress<\/em>\u00a0kan defineres som en tilstand av \u00f8kt psykologisk, fysiologisk og atferdsmessig beredskap, det vil si kroppens alarmreaksjon. Sinns inntrykkene ved stresseksponering bearbeides i hjernen, og hjernens tolkning og mestring (coping) av situasjonen ligger til grunn for de fysiologiske stressreaksjonene som f\u00f8lger. Den fysiologiske stressreaksjonen som utl\u00f8ses, er kroppens m\u00e5te \u00e5 reagere p\u00e5 og kan betraktes som en overlevelsesreaksjon.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><em>Stresshormoner<\/em>\u00a0frigj\u00f8res for blant annet \u00e5 mobilisere energi for \u00e5 kunne takle pa\u030akjenningen, og deretter aktiveres det flere systemer som gjenoppretter balansen. Den fysiologiske stressreaksjonen er dermed en helt normal reaksjon som er n\u00f8dvendig for at kroppen skal kunne handle og reagere adekvat ved trusler og utfordringer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><strong>Kroppen v\u00e5r har to aktiveringsveier n\u00e5r den eksponeres for en stressende stimulus<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><em>Rask reaksjon<\/em>\u00a0\u00abfight and flight\u00bb Det er formidlet av to akser som aktiveres samtidig:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #222222;\">Sympatisk-neural aksen (\u00abnerver\u00bb)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #222222;\">Sympatisk-adrenal aksen (noradrenalin som nevrotransmittersubstans, og adrenalin som hormon)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><em>Sakte reaksjon<\/em>\u00a0(adaptasjon):<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #222222;\">Hypofyse\u2013hypotalamus\u2013binyre-aksen (\u201chormonell\u201d)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #222222;\">Bruker en hormon som heter kortisol<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><strong>Effekter av adrenalin og noradrenalin:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #222222;\">Det fungerer som et \u00ab<em>katastrofehormon<\/em>\u00bb, som gj\u00f8r organismen klar til hurtig og voldsom innsats<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #222222;\">\u00d8kning i hjertefrekvens, og hjerteutgang<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #222222;\">\u00c5pning av hjertets blod\u00e5rer (koronar\u00e5rene) og \u00e5rene i arbeidende muskler<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #222222;\">Det f\u00e5r i alminnelighet blod\u00e5rene til \u00e5 trekke seg sammen, s\u00e6rlig i huden og i bukhulens organer<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #222222;\">\u00d8kt v\u00e5kenhetsniv\u00e5<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #222222;\">Det virker avslappende p\u00e5 den glatte muskulaturen i ford\u00f8yelseskanalen og i lungene (og dermed utvides bronkiene)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #222222;\">Miltkontraksjon<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #222222;\">\u00d8kt svette<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #222222;\">Redusert vannlating<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #222222;\">Redusere produksjonen av ford\u00f8yelsesenzymer<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><strong>Effekter av Kortisol:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #222222;\">\u00d8kning av blodtrykk<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #222222;\">\u00d8kning av blodsukkeret \u00f8kes ved at de bryter ned glykogen og ved \u00e5 \u00f8ke nydannelsen av glukose<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #222222;\">F\u00f8rer til \u00f8kt nedbryting av fett i fettceller<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #222222;\">Redusere immunologiske responser<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #222222;\">Hemmer produksjonen av benvev og bindevevsdannelsen<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #222222;\">\u00d8ker utskillelsen av kalsium gjennom nyrene<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #222222;\">Det har en nedbrytende (katabol) effekt p\u00e5 skjelettmuskulaturen (osteoporose)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><strong>Kan stresseksponering f\u00f8re til sykdom?<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #222222;\">Risikoen for at stresseksponering kan f\u00f8re til sykdom oppsta\u030ar f\u00f8rst hvis belastningen blir langvarig og p\u00e5kjenningen s\u00e5 stor at systemet ikke f\u00e5r den restitusjonen som alle kroppslige systemer trenger for \u00e5 kunne fungere normalt. Mangelen p\u00e5 restitusjon, ofte i form av s\u00f8vnmangel, kan f\u00f8re til muskelsmerter, uspesifikke helseplager og \u00f8ke mulighetene for organisk sykdom.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><strong>Hvilken behandlingsformen finnes p\u00e5\u00a0<a style=\"color: #222222;\" href=\"https:\/\/lfi.no\/\">LFI<\/a>\u00a0som kan hjelpe \u00e5 redusere bivirkninger av stress?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><strong>Regelmessig trening<\/strong>\u00a0har bevist effekt p\u00e5 flere sykdomstilstander der stress diskuteres som en av mange medvirkende \u00e5rsaker. Eksempler p\u00e5 dette er hjerte- og kar- sykdommer, diabetes, depresjon og smerte. De fleste forskningsstudier som er foretatt av pasienter med depresjon, tretthet og muskelsmerter, viser at fysisk aktivitet har positiv effekt. Vi kan som fysioterapeuter lage en tilpasset behandling- og trenings- plan og f\u00f8lge deg opp gjennom prosessen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><a style=\"color: #222222;\" href=\"https:\/\/lfi.no\/behandling\/kognitivterapi\/\"><strong>Kognitiv terapi<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0er ogs\u00e5 en behandlingsformen vi tilbyr. Det retter seg mot probleml\u00f8sning og innsikt i sammenhengen mellom tenkning, handlinger og f\u00f8lelser. Det gj\u00f8res ved \u00e5 kartlegge av vanskelige situasjoner, utforme av aktiviteter som gir selvtillit og energi, utforske og eventuelt endre av negative tankem\u00f8nstre, stimulere til \u00f8kt sosial kontakt og forebygge av tilbakefall.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><a style=\"color: #222222;\" href=\"https:\/\/lfi.no\/behandling\/osteopati\/\"><strong>Osteopati<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0er ogs\u00e5 en behandlingsformen som kan brukes. Osteopaten er spesielt interessert i \u00e5 finne sammenhengen til pasientens smerter, og behandle blant annet muskler og ledd, bindevevsnettverket og indreorganer i kroppen. Osteopati legger derfor vekt p\u00e5 \u00e5 behandle hele mennesket. Grunnprinsippet i osteopati er at bevegelsesapparatet, sirkulasjonen og nervesystemet danner en dynamisk helhet, og behandling med osteopati skal bidra til \u00e5 normalisere eventuelle bevegelses- og funksjonsforstyrrelser.
