Oppsiktsvekkende beveget den nest minst aktive gruppen seg 6 min sammenhengende sammenlignet med den minst aktive, som n\u00f8yde seg med 2 minutter om dagen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Dette betyr at det er sv\u00e6rt lite som skal til for at man f\u00e5r en betydelig helsegevinst av \u00e5 bevege seg bare litt mer!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><strong>Jo mer aktivitet dess bedre<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Studien fra 2019 viser at moderat fysisk aktivitet i 60-75 minutter om dagen eliminerer totalt koblingen mellom stillesitting og tidlig d\u00f8d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Det er verdt \u00e5 merke seg at moderat aktivitet i denne sammenhengen kan v\u00e6re s\u00e5 enkelt som en g\u00e5tur, sykkeltur eller hagearbeid.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><strong>Tips til hvordan man kan redusere stillesitting<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Planlegg arbeidsdagen din slik at du f\u00e5r varierte arbeidsoppgaver<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Sett deg gjerne et m\u00e5l om hvor mange skritt du skal g\u00e5 hver dag<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Bruk gjerne en app til\u00a0 \u00e5 minne deg om avbrekk fra sittingen.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Har du heve\/senkepult? Bruk den aktivt!<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Har du ikke heve\/senkepult, bruk en form for p\u00e5minner til \u00e5 reise deg opp i minimum 5 min hver time.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Hent deg ett ekstra glass vann, kaffe eller te.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222;\">\u201dWalk and talk\u201d.
