He described energy as the foundation for peace, prosperity, stability and Africa&#8217;s industrial growth.<\/p>\n<p>The Gambia&#8217;s Petroleum and Energy Minister Nani Juwara encouraged investment, while Foreign Minister Sering Modou Njie stressed the shift toward economic diplomacy and people-to-people engagement.<\/p>\n<p>Significantly, The Gambia has been gathering data and promoting opportunities in its energy sector, leveraging its strategic position as a gateway for re-export trade, an independent judiciary, and a reputation of one of the safest countries in Africa, offering a stable environment for investment.<\/p>\n<p>Participants at the audiences include representatives of Independent Petroleum Producers Group.
